Flexibility is one of the core elements in gymnastics. Without great flexibility the ability of a gymnast is limited. In this DVD, Tammy Biggs explains how to rapidly increase flexibility. Using drills and exercises used by the U. S. National Program she shows how the elite gymnasts improve this important element of gymnastics. This video shows both active and passive stretching techniques, how to use resistance in stretching and muscle relaxation exercises. The video is filmed at Exper-Tiess Gymnastics in St. James, NY and based on Tammy’s popular flexibility seminar that she gives around the United States.
